Türk kahveli parfe – Parfait with Turkish coffee.


1 packet whip cream
2 packets of vanilla extract
3 teaspoons of Turkish coffee
3 teaspoons of powder sugar
1 glass of milk
6 eggs


First of all whisk the whip cream with the cold milk.Then, beat the yolks seperately, add the powdered sugar, the coffee and vanilla extract and whisk again the mixture.After you have beaten the egg whites mix them with the other mixture.Put in a deep pan plastic wrap and afterwards pour the mixture in it.Put it in the freezer and let it freeze.You can pour chocolate syrup on it.But if you want you can make homemade chocolate sauce.But in that case you should pour the chocolate sauce quickly on the parfait otherwise it will melt.
