Volcano Kebap – Yanardağ Kebabı

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
1 grated onion
1 tablespoon milk
enough salt and pepper, spices for minced meat
2-3 slices of stale bread (crumbs)
cumin
1 egg white
2 pitta bread
3 medium size potatoes
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
1 glass of water strained yoghurt
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoonful chili powder
For frying: 1 glass of water vegetable oil

Directions

Preheat pitas in the oven. Put the butter in a pan , when the butter is heated pour the chili pepper and fry it. As soon as the pitas are heated place them in the serving dishes. Pour the chili mixture over the pitas. Prepare the meatballs and fry them in hot oil. Fry the potatoes and put them in the serving dishes too. Add the meatballs.Beat the yoghurt and pour it over the meatballs. Fry the tomatoes with garlic. Afterwards pour the fried mixture of tomatoes and garlic over the meatballs and serve hot.
